As account manager, you are responsible for maximizing the customer engagement in your dedicated area:
/ You build up a strong insight in the market . You target and segment customers in ready-mixed concrete (batching plant channel). You know which applications and regions to focus on. Your understanding of construction methods, building materials and design possibilities allow you to partner up with your (potential) customers.
/ Through a deep understanding of the business of your customers and thanks to your strong project consultancy and advisory skills, you are able to create value for our customers and for the customers of our customers. You create and implement account plans to make their business stronger, by making use of new products, applications, services, processes,… You articulate solutions and demonstrate the realized value. You support the customer project leads by convincing third party stakeholders of the customers solution and ensure job site support.
/ You lead the sales process, from price setting to negotiations and closing the deal. You facilitate credit control.
/ As accountable for your region, you work with a high degree of autonomy, supported and coached by your regional sales manager. You manage the budget, you provide monthly forecasting and reporting and you draw up profile reports for key customers.

/ You hold a master’s degree in construction and preferably 5+ years of sales experience.
/ Knowledge of the business and market trends. A sound technical understanding and an eagerness to learn.
/ You are a trusted advisor and act with integrity
/ You like MS Excel as much a MS PowerPoint
/ You are fluent in English (speaking & writing) and French.
